Since update, app no longer opens. Even before then it was a terrible app. Often won't give train times, just "unable to help right now". Major design fail - digital tickets that need a net connection to open them every time (no use at underground stations). Why not download it to the phone? (luckily scanning a screen capture works). Also only 2 or 3 tickets gates in each station have scanners for the QR code with big queues and half the time they don't work. Why not use a contactless system?

Crashing all the time. Impossible to open, impossible to log in. Trying to buy a ticket and crashes, trying to look up a schedule and it crashes. Trash app.

App is OK the infrastructure at the stations is not. Stations I use have no machines to scan the QR code. You usually have to join a huge que so the guards can check. Total shambles
